The Grand Dinner
Specially prepared by the chef of the Cercle Royal Gaulois Thierry Lefevre and his team in association with Jean-Marc Quarin for the selection of wines and the magic of pairings.
Jean-Marc Quarin will talk to us about his concept of “Outsider*” wine, new ways of serving wine at the table or his powerful and liberating tasting method “The mouth before the nose”. This dinner is a continuation of what we share with the great wine-loving public in Paris with Yannick Alléno (3-star chef) and at the Lausanne Palace with chef Franck Pelux (2-star chef). At the table, we will cherish the pleasure of Bordeaux wines that re-enchant the taste!
