To celebrate this tenth edition, Michelin-starred Chef Lucrèce Lacchio welcomes us to Berceau des Sens, the gourmet restaurant of the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, for an exceptional dinner. A dinner that pushes the boundaries of pairing French gourmet cuisine and Bordeaux wines, going beyond the quality of each component.
